thunder tiger ssk wont start?

hi i have just bought a thunder tiger ssk it is brand new but i cannot get it to start? i have took out the glow plug and check it and it glows fine but the cylinder head seems to be dry and not getting fuel?

You need to have the fuel line full all the way up to the carb. Hold your finger over the exhaust and pull it several times to fill it up. (don't do it too much because you'll flood it.)
Then try to start it. Do you have instructions for this engine?

hi mate thanks for the comment. the fuel line fills and takes fuel to the carb but it still wont start and after trying for ages i took out the glow plug and the cylinder is still dry as if no fuel has been in there, and no i have no instructions
