One of the first on our to do list actually.New flooring for the house... plus the rental on some strong, young backs to install it!![]()
Just don’t look at the total including interest you’ll pay over the course of the mortgage. You’ll have your first heart attackWe closed on our home yesterday morning. I'm relieved that the long arduous process is over, and a little terrified at how much money I owe a bank.![]()
The exact same thing happened to me. It's a scam!Just don’t look at the total including interest you’ll pay over the course of the mortgage. You’ll have your first heart attackI about passed out when I saw the number.
Congrats on the purchase though! Keep a close eye on your Escrow. They always under estimate the amount needed and ask for more after the first year. My payment went up $200 the year after I bought my house because the sale of the house triggered the city to come out and reassess the property value… which raised my property taxes considerably.
Same here. The exact same thing happened to me. It's a scam!
I thought you would have opted for flippers. All of my sneakers are pretty much shot except my pair I use for riding my bike.
I needed something with good traction and waterproof for fishing.

I’m about ready to graffiti the side of my house and fill the yard with junk cars so the city can come by and lower my assessment valueThe exact same thing happened to me. It's a scam!
First of all, nice looking shoes!!All of my sneakers are pretty much shot except my pair I use for riding my bike.
I needed something with good traction and waterproof for fishing.

Simple actually, the majority of the time I spend in the water is usually upside down.First of all, nice looking shoes!!
But, perhaps you can help me understand this; what's the point of a waterproof shoe that if the water is more than 3 inches deep, it'll just come over the top and your feet get wet anyway?

I'd give them 11 out of 10 if I could see them in actual action!
Gotcha. I get the wet grass and such can wet your feet. But man, anything waterproof and my feet just sweat like hell during activities because you can't move enough air flow to prevent it, and be waterproof.Simple actually, the majority of the time I spend in the water is usually upside down.
Honestly it's the traction I am going for. Where I fish from the bank is pretty slippery rocks and what not.
I don't bounce back up like I use to.
I also bought them a size bigger so I can wear them over my waders when fly fishing the creeks.
Hilarious. If it was something other than Crocs I'd consider it, but I wouldn't be caught dead in the ugliest shoe I've ever seen.
And for some people you might start seeing upside down fish popping up around you!If you had crocks on your feet it would scare away the fish!![]()
