Where did you find the glue tips? I use a lot of CA glue and am forever changing the tips.

Honestly, I've never thought about upgrading glue tips.
When building my planes, I've always used a combination of CA glue and wood glue.
Never have, looks interesting.
They apply a drop at a time. And it works like the old caligraphy pens via capillary action. You can drag out very thin lines of glue with it. I have often thought of trying it with tire gluing, because it's even more precise than fine tips. You don't get that extra hard squeeze pouring glue everywhere. I highly recommend one if you're doing any fine gluing. Just clean with acetone afterwards. They last forever.
