I know the struggles with companies like Verizon me and my parents used to use AT&T years ago but after their bad customer service. We switched to Consumer Cellular half a decade ago which me and my whole family now use and it's been perfect. Buy a fully unlocked phone and get them a try i can definitely recommend them. If i may ask which platform did you decide to go with Android or Apple IOS? I started looking at a new phone for me someday and was looking at IPhones.

Still waiting to hear back from company. I think I filled out the request wrong last time.
If I switch carriers to ATT, no issues with this phone.
A lot will depend on what the manufacturer says. Verizon works here. Not great but Mrs Certified service is worse so I don't want to loose my 'ok' service but the phone is non optional unfottunately. I have trashed far too many to 'just try' another phone.
Its an android. As much as I don't like them, they are far easier to 'trick out' than an Apple product.
I just want a new phone. Why this nonsense??? I don't even care why!
