Well, I was walking through Walmart the other day and found this. 1/24 scale Power Craze Safari Racer. The box claimed proportional throttle and steering. I’m impressed. Fully proportional with a USB charger and 3 speed settings, headlights, tail lights and light bar. Seems like it’s well worth the $30 price

Years ago I used to snow ski but no way in hell my legs would support me anymore but I broke down this morning and bought me some
cross country skis and poles at a thrift shop for $25.
I've been wanting to get into cross country skiing for a long time so this winter I will.
I am buying these boots tomorrow. "payday"
To make a long story short I went from "I'm not looking forward to winter"
to "let it snow, let it snow, let it snow".

Stopped in to the Traxxas store this morning and picked up a LCG chassis kit for my Slash 4x4.

This is the last stop on this ride. It already has upgraded shocks, and aluminum axle carriers/steering blocks.
