An 1981-1985 El Camino V8 would be cool. Muscle car-truck 😁
My boy had one in 2009. 83 conquista pearl white and blue strips. 402 bb and tires would not last. I'm sure my neighbors are glad it's gone. 🤣

Actually, in the OG Transformers cartoons from the '80s, Bumblebee was indeed an old Beetle... not a Camaro... and he could actually talk without using the radio channel-hopping.
the movies put the OG cartoon on a new younger generations radar. so they knew. then the Bumblebee movie came out and for a short time i needed to repaint my car. people have largely forgotten about it sense. so i think I'm ok. still kinda afraid I'm going to walk out of a store or something one day and have to ask CertifiedMike to pass me that rubber hose though... kids today have no respect.

No worries my friend! By the time you get to be my age, you'll carry your own array of rubber hoses of proper size and weight to learn just about anyone, just about anything! 😉

here’s my 84 monte SS and 85 FXWG

Oh wow - I almost forgot. I actually own a 1986 Suzuki GV 1200F "Madura," if I could just get my friend Garey's wife to ever come back to town and dig it out of her storage unit. Garey died several years ago and she needed money, so I bought his bike, but have yet to receive it. I actually rode it many, many years ago and loved it, but I think that's probably never gonna happen again.

This is my 2003 Chevrolet Silverado SS. AWD . It is equipped with the LT-81 motor , the same motor that is in the Vette . Ceramic coated header with stainless exhaust , K&N cold air intake , shift kit at the valve , v- chipped and tuned by Zippy performance in LA. Kick ass stereo of course. Factory hard top bed cover. This thing is beast , so much fun to drive. It throws you in your seat , I’ve surprised all sceptics . Dyno’d at 440 hp. With the AWD she grabs and goes, scare the poop out of you if you’re not expecting it.

Weird to think this 98 Dakota is almost 30 years old but it's a 5speed on the floor, 4banger and a good work truck. Also the rear end is welded. The motor is actually out of a jeep.It goes fwiiinnnggg...really slow like. Good truck though, no rot from Florida. And the red grocery getter, mini van is from Arizona, so no rot there. It got a hemi with 240k miles and still going strong.

I have so many questions...
No such thing as an Lt-81 motor. The corvette in 2003 came with the LS1 (385 hp) with the Z06 model had the LS6 variant making making 405 hp.
The trucks like the SS came with the LQ9 making 345 hp.
Automatics on the dyno drop about 15-20% measuring on the dyno. AWD would be on the high end of that % loss.

I have a cammed LS making around 400 hp and would expect on a dyno to measure something like 320-340 hp because of the drivetrain losses getting the power to the wheels.
