they removed the -noai flag bypass from the google app on android (you append that flag to your search query to basically omit the AI overview feature, which is horrible because it gets some stuff seriously wrong)

Deleting google from my life was much easier that fighting with buttons that don't do anything anyways.

boss came back last night. booth is full of i have to finish. and there's another encapsulated job for me as well.
boss comes in late. scurries out the door early. then comes back at some point in the evening and does more work than he does when he's here during the day. and here i am, having to pick up the pieces.


mosquitoes will probably be here in about 4 to 6 weeks.

So I get home with my now empty trailer and I just want to whip in the driveway and chill for a few hours before I have to return it and bring my wife a bunch of stuff she has asked be delivered to her work.

As I have it in reverse and I am trying to line the trailer with my driveway, the neighbor (wife) on the south pulls up..and just pulls in. Across the driveways and their bit of shab grass....

I had my reverse lights on.. I nailed it even pissed off and irritated now.. it would have been like..7 seconds maybe.

Oh dude. What about the dead plant he put in?

We paid for the gravel and the fencing.
Then he goes.. we have a land scraping credit I would like to get. Puts that grass there and then never cuts it.

Now I cut that f n strip.

"Don't worry.. I'll put the rock back after"

He saved thousands and just couldn't have said.. I'll leave this alone.

My wife and I both have come to terms with "We will be moving to the country in the near future" and put it on the board.

We need to get the house fixed first.

My leave runs out at the end of the year and I'll have to start a new career path. Once that's settled we can pull up and start with a new mortgage 🫪

We have a lot in here but it won't cover a plot of land and a house.

There is no coming back from "I hate my house". However, I LOVE my garage. I am now torn on if I should do the heat pump for "someone else" because we won't be here long term.

got to work about 5 minutes early. boss beat me here. never a good sign. usually he rolls in about 30 to 90 minutes late. so somethings telling me I'm in for a fun day.

and i had to kill a spider in my truck this morning. while driving. like wtf. how does a vehicle i drive at least 5 days a week wind up with so many damn spider webs and spiders?

Hahaha listen.. I don't want stupidity mistaken for ignorance. They're generally nice people.
I just don't see them do anything outside in the year of our Lord 2026.
