I know that routine too, my boss likes to start stuff, but conveniently gets a phone call after the easy part is done. It would be much easier if he didn't "help". He likes to start four projects spread out on every work surface so that I don't have any space to do the jobs that actually need to get done first.

I wonder if they go through some secret "Boss" training course to learn this behavior?
idk, if they do my brothers boss flunked out of that course. she's lazy and spaced out and doesn't help with anything. they get behind on work and have to go in at 4am to get caught up. not joking, yesterday my brother had to work from 4am to 12:30pm cause they're so behind schedule. it's a retail job, idk. second time he's had to do that in the last month. with the old store manager it was never an issue in fact they were so on top of things they often ran out of stuff to do and they were 3 people short on staff. needless to say my brothers in the process of changing stores.
its baffling how crazy, chaotic and incompetent people keep getting these jobs. if your only as functional as a doorstop, how the hell do you move up?
Uh oh, it may be time to see a urologist.

nope. it's abnormal and i don't have insurance.

It's going to be one of those days, My allergies are killing me today. I was cleaning my big machine this morning, ran it through it's diagnostics and it shut off. Can't get it to start again, it goes through the boot up process, initialize the power and it shuts off.

I hate calling for support, first you have to deal with the call center, which I swear every time I get someone harder to understand. Usually I get someone in India, but today they sounded like they were from one of the Balkin areas. Really hard what sounded like a Russian accent, but could have been from anywhere in that area. I was straining to understand him. I am usually good with accents, but this one was harsh.

Now I have to wait for a tech to call me back, and they will try to fix it remotely which rarely works. They will keep me on the phone for an hour or two and then at the end of the day, they will tell me they will have to send a tech out which may take a day or two more.

I want to go back to bed. o_O

Only spent an hour on the phone ;) Has to order parts, when the parts arrive they will dispatch a tech. That means the job I have will have to be run on another machine with 3 extra steps involved. So a 20 minute job just turned into a 2 hour job.

Hopefully you're paid by the hour, and not by the job.

While my machine is down the boss gave me a flyer to do announcing their new puppy, so his wife can put it on her office door at work. I knew it was coming, always does.

Good time to work on your tan! 😜 I try to avoid sunlight like a vampire this time of year.
My “burn”, ya mean? 😂😂😂 When I was a little’r motor, I just soaked that shiit up. The last few years though, I gotta use my head.. Getting old sucks. 🤷🏻‍♂️

The 69deg inside sure feels pimpin’ after being outside I’m tellin’ ya..

Here they take tge temp in the shade and then call heat index or something like that the legit temp in the sun.

Holy moly. Gave it to my buddy to get the gear mesh as it should so it works, that way. But when i went to test it... wouldnt go. Go figure i put the center diff in the WRONG way. Poor me... Ugh. Why does AE have to do this to me lol. Because of that front was pulling but the rear was pulling not pushing. Ill go back in there tomorrow or Monday to switch it around and hopefully i can drive and bash it after 2 months of being down because I don't have patience to learn a new platform.:) Well I learned alot now so I guess I do have patience.
Actually rear diff was backwards 🤦😆🤣

You know why that's funny
My grandpa put in a driveshaft in backwards on one of his 1:1 trucks back in the day.

The heat.....I will bitch about the heat today. I'll take -20° any day but f the heat.
You wildlings from beyond the wall are an odd bunch. :hehe:
