At least you got no pain Sunday... Mondays suck anyway. 🤷‍♀️🤣

I'm always more sore on the second day.

Them 40s hit you hard didn't it 😅

Don't forget to use loctite on your joints and some lube on the hinges before you start cracking like rice krispies!

I'm just paying the price for skipping leg day. ;)

Not all crack is bad! 🤣

passed 3 years at my job and still haven't gotten my promotion that is literally guaranteed feels like my manager just keeps moving the goal posts its so annoying
Might be time to look for other employment. I quit my job June of 2024 after working there for 4 years and started working where I’m at now in July of the same year.. My boss sucked, I felt stuck, the work was miserable, etc. Things that were promised never happened. It was a pay cut initially and things were tight for a while, but within 6 months I had made my way to a higher position and exceeded the pay of my last job by quite a bit. My new bosses are awesome… they listen and respond to feedback, try out new ideas and most importantly reward strong work ethic.

I almost didn’t do it and I would’ve been kicking myself if I didn’t. There is no worse feeling than false promises and gerrymandering from your leadership. Take it from me, if you’re beginning to feel shafted, they don’t deserve you. You’re only as strong as the weakest link… don’t let that hold you back in life.

leg still hurts. nowhere near as bad, but now it just doesn't want to hold me up, keeps buckling when i walk.
Get you one of those spiffy peg legs, then you only have to worry about termites and dry rot.
