Ready to give up. Tried fixing my transmitter and I can’t stand the cheap flimsy screen lenses these use they scratch way too easily and now I have to buy a new one. On top of that I tried to cut a hole in the transmitter grip for the battery charger and ended up ruining the grip.

I'm at the point where this is more stressful than fun. I'm so tired of things breaking prematurely or arrive broken or damaged in the mail and most importantly I'm tired of throwing money in the trash. I'm giving up. No way in h-e- double hockey sticks am I struggling with futaba customer service yet again to get more parts.

Got to the track a little late this morning like 10 minutes before racing started as they were waiting for me (since they do polls on the FB group the night before).
95 traffic this morning was terrible. objects in the road. slowdowns for no apparent reason. People just can't drive, ect. One time the whole left lane came to a complete stop for like a minute while the other 3 were going. Why? There is no reason for that. No crashes, no nothing. Ugh. 🤦‍♂️
that's all normal for the freeways and interstates around me. no joke i once sat in traffic for over an hour just to go 2 miles. then all of the sudden we finally get around the bend and bam! 65mph! like wtf? why were we just sitting still for over an hour.
to add to that, it was I15 coming into Victorville. which is a smallish desert city out in the godforsaken nowhere. i don't even know how that area had enough vehicles to cause a traffic jam that big.

3PM anywhere around here is worse than most rush hour traffic 'cause all the drivers who don't know how to drive on the freeway are out on the road.
I spent most of my commuting life on the 405 going up to the South Bay area for work.

I hate driving on the freeway now that I'm retired.

saturday at 3pm isn't Vegas rush hour
Yea. Saturday at 10 in the morning going north on 95 ain't either.
Both Bmore harbor tunnels are donezo bc we lost our bridge to the captains don't know how to drive and maintain a ship.

heck it took us like 45 minutes to get home traveling 95 through the tunnel just for like 10 miles.

Ideally the best time to drive anywhere is after 10pm and before 4am. Most people aren't night owls and have stuff to do so. Yea...

my only run in with the 405 during rush hour was going from Redondo Beach to Long Beach at 4:30. don't remember the day of the week, but it was a weekday. it's a 20 mile commute. took over 50 minutes. idk how people do that every stinking day.

Sorry for getting frustrated. I fixed the transmitter despite the tiny scratches on the screen lens which was why I was frustrated. Despite fixing it, I decided I'm going to post the transmitter system for sale and go with a different transmitter system. I'll post a thread in the classified sections with all the pictures and info included tomorrow.

Last night when I was getting ready for bed I looked out the window like I usually do. Wondered why it I was so dark. The 3 street lights across the street were all out. While our court lights were fine and the intersection on both ends of the street were fine. It was a bit odd. And also since I don't have a curtain on my window just blinds, it was very dark bc I didn't have a street light shining in lol. Hopefully bge came out to fix it today. When I left this morning I saw a box on the ground near the light pole.

So, your rant is that you didn't have a nightlight, last night?
