No trickery here. Any time I see a lot of fore and aft movement, I'll place o-rings at the ends of the center front & rear driveshafts to keep them more centered. Does it help/hurt anything? I've been doing it since 2019 on my ET410 and having bent a shaft yet... knock on wood. 😁

I will note, on my SCT410SL, I took the center rear driveshaft o-rings out during the last teardown. I wanted to see what kind of wear pattern I get this year. You can see the amount of play there is without the o-rings installed. I know, I know... the chassis is gonna flex and the driveshafts need some room when it happens. I run both chassis braces sometimes... all depends on the mood I'm in.

Perfect! That's what I was thinking but wanted to be sure.

Thanks, much, I'll certainly consider those on my next build or when I pull any diffs out!
