Orange threadlocker on the uni driveshaft's set screw. ;) :thumbs-up:

Yep, I can see new arms needed for next year. Pebbles being the culprit would be my guess as to the wear at the outer hinge pin area. I added a washer, before the locknut, at each end of the hinge pin.

Center Diff/Motor/Tires

After takin' the motor off to lube the bearings, I may as well change the center diff fluid. And since I'm opening up the diff, I always inspect/clean/relube/or replace the bearings. Maximum waterproof grease is my lube of choice for bearings.

99% Done

That's pretty much it. I'm waiting on some pivot balls and rod ends for the rear camber links. Oooh, the slop... I couldn't do it. I couldn't send the buggy out in the condition the rear links were in. Note to self... keep a supply of those on hand from now on Rusty. 🤪

When I could pop the pivot balls in and out of the rod ends with my fingers, I knew it was time to change 'em...

The stock aluminum pivot balls seem to be hard anodized making them the some of the smoothest I've ever encountered, but I decided to go the steel pivot balls this time around. I guess Tekno discontinued them at one point, but have brought them back which Tekno said are "less prone to crush and loosen during a severe crash or a long main." I just wanted to see how long the steel ones last.

Looking bran new!
LOL. Lots of toothbrushes, rags and WD40 Specialist silicone spray. Sun helps everything look better. Well... almost. After first run, that refreshed look is gone... back to the normal look of my dust enhanced RCs.
