Build Showcase Super Clodbuster

Clodbuster built as a late 80's/early 90's TNT era car crusher.

This one looks taller than I remember Clods being. Like Extra-Super Clodbuster! 😎
it is a little taller than stock.
it's because of the shock mounts. the homemade upper mounts add a little over 1/2" in height. and the CPE lower mounts bolt to the stock metal axle braces.
i could lower it by making a new upper mount. i could probably lower it 1/4" that way. or getting shorter shocks. currently using (pre T5) Team Associated front stadium truck shocks. but I'm not going to, i like the big lifted imposing 80's car crushing exhibition look. and with the motors and gearboxes being on the axles and using a lexan body the CG is so low it doesn't effect how the truck drives/handles.

Its as 'over the top' as the rest of the 80's!
I like it!!! 👍😎
