So this started as a bunch of spare parts in an ebay purchase. Listed as "vintage Bolink car". Come to find out the side plates are long wheelbase RJ Speed pieces. Wasn't sure what to do with them as they didn't fit the Bolink bodies I had. Looking through the RJ site I see a 70 Superbird body which is one of my all time favorite cars. Wheelbase fits and off we go. Stuffed..literally...a Quicrun brushless 3660 and a matching esc 10BL120. The object here is to see how far I can push the envelope as far as speed goes. It's not an 8s Infraction and doesn't pretend to have that performance. Hell, it has no real suspension to speak of. Just an experiment .
