Those Buggies were both Exceed RC....probably the same model...so you linked 2 of the same...in different color schemes ;-)

Personally, I don't think I would buy anything from Exceed. They are cheap, for a reason....and when you break it...good luck finding/getting parts in a timely fashion.

Buy a known brand name for $50 or $100 more....and watch the smile on your face grow wider.

Dont buy exceed r/c`s. Idk if I'm the only one it happened to but when I bought my first r/c it was and exceed and when it got here brand new we were trying to start it and it wasn't even acting like it wanted to start up well it comes down to it that It had a hole in the piston. Also I got a couple motors for free in a trade that was the same motor with a hole in the piston so IMO dont buy non brand r/c cars. Buy a brand you can fix when you break and buy a reliable brand.

Yea, those Exceeds you linked are basically the same thing as your Redcat Tornado S30, but with less support and probably even cheaper components.. The S30 you had is probably the toughest one of the bunch, for the price range your looking at.. And their support is growing, with quite a few online vendors posting regularly in the "Redcat Support" forums, if you need help or parts, etc... Get another S30, put an o-ring in each front drive cup (to keep the dogbones in it) and go bash!! can't beat it for the price!
