Spur gear, less teeth or more teeth?
Clutch bell, more teeth or less teeth?

CB/ Pinion: More teeth= Speed, Less teeth= Low end

+1 Schrode....The close together in size the pinion/CB are to the Spur the more top end you'll get....The bigger the size difference the more torque.
