I have a 1/8 exceed mad monster truck looking for a 46 tooth spur gear are the metal ones on eBay interchangeable mine has a slipper clutch and help appreciated.

I can't find a manual on that vehicle but typically spur gears (especially slippers) are rather brand specific. Pictures and/or part numbers of the original part could help identify what you're working with.
