I ran a Redcat too!

I took my 6s Redcat Machete, with the 4s body and some Big Chungus tires, out for a ramp bash. It handled well! Those big tires give the air control needed to land well, because this bad boy is nose-heavy! If you come off the ramp with some speed, it'll fly pretty nicely. I might even be able to pull off a backflip with enough berries off the ramp. Can't wait to do it again, hopefully when it's not 99% humidity!

Ran this little guy today, don't use it much. FMS Atlas I bought on sale for $69 I think. Kinda weak, has more traction than motor so you gotta bash it a bit to get anywhere. Still fun!

Lots of upgrades for the FMS stuff. Furitek has a gearbox, motor, etc I believe.

Yeah I've shopped all that stuff, I have 2 other Furitek powered rigs. Not sure if I want to spend the money on this one.

This is what I drove today. My daughter and I got asked to leave the dirt park today. He claimed we were destroying the place. Neither My daughter nor I had done a single roost at that point. The Washington state motto is "MINE NOT YOURS, PLEASE LEAVE". I met a guy with a 5th scale Outcast while I was there, we'll be meeting up at a different dirt park tomorrow morning for a drive.

Get a UTB18. The non 4ws rigs are cheap right now, and very capable like most 1/10 scale stuff. I almost got one.

That looks like a cool platform but I'd want something the same scale. Considering the Vanquish optic, maybe the stance. Got some research to do.

Have you broken any axle shafts yet? That was the only complaint I read about. Obviously, the tires and electronics suck but that's a given with the RTR.

Dual dirt park rampage.
I took the Sledge out this morning and drove with a guy I met yesterday with a 5th scale Outcast. I still had some driving left in me so when I got home I charged up two more batteries and took the Tekno out. I haven't had this much fun with the trucks in a long time, it was a blast!
