Ran the xmaxx yesterday. It was a blast and I broke it again .

Doesn't look like there'll be any outdoor rc running for me today. Looking at snow for another 12hrs or so.
Due to the timing of this storm, I felt it was wise not to try drive +30 miles into work, at 4:30am, in total darkness with the whiteout conditions. So, I was given the green light to stay home today.
The goal is to get some stuff done on the to-do list, and do some indoor fun hobby stuff as well.
I just finished some to-do stuff, now I'm going to try work out some bugs/issues with my old Axial XR10.

Other than the kitchen table I haven't ran all week. Been lows of -5 to highs of 20 all week. -20's Wind chills and some snow. Sadly, even the dog is getting depressed noone wants to go outside and play. I do but not for very long. Suppose to be better next week. Hoping my mini b comes in early tomorrow ill take it to the hobby plex on the carpet track. It's been delayed twice, should have been here Thursday.

Plane was to packed to run them. But I did release them into the rock garden! Perfect for some 24’s. Sure beats my indoor track at home.

65 out with a frozen lake today in Michigan today. Arma is going on 2 hours straight of run time. These fire teams are pretty darn good. Nothing broken yet.

Sure is. We get a day like this once every 2-3 years. Ride sleds in t shirts most the afternoon. I always try to make it up to catch them. Last one we had was 3 years ago. Got 18” of snow that night was 72 the next day. Like summer with snow. Lol. Best days.

Did you modified those tires for the ice at all?

One summer back in early 2000, my wife and I went out to Los Angeles to visit my oldest sister. One of the plans was to go up to the mountains. It was my first time snowboarding in a short sleeved t-shirt. It was pretty awesome!
