Stripped gears I loosed at the chassis didn’t see any damage motor mount was tight .

Welcome to RCT.

Stock motor? What size battery are you using?

How have you been setting the gear mesh?

My oldest son has a Sledge, and his gears have held up well... he run4Smostly 4S in it, IIRC

I’m running 2 Traxxas 3500 batteries stock motor only 3 batteries run I let off the throttle when jumping before landing

Did you use the piece of paper between the spur and pinion technique?
Check all the bearings to make sure none of them have seized.

It isn't guaranteed that the factory had it set right to begin with.
When you replace them, put a piece of paper between the spur and the pinion and move them together then tighten the motor.

I haven't checked in a very long time, but RTR instruction manuals used to come with ⚠️warnings⚠️ at the very beginning stating to make sure all screws and nuts are properly secure. I know HPI always put warning in theirs.

Things happen out there when you are ripping and tearing around with loads of power. Landing weirdly can twist/jar certain things a certain way, and lead to issues. I'm still not quite sure of your issue though. If you only have stripped pinion/spur gears... great! Repair/replace parts and try again.

The truck in the picture is still on its original spur gear. My advice is to tighten down your motor mount screws. From the factory they come finger tight at best. The root cause of most Sledge spur gear issues is the motor backing away from the spur gear.
