My wife and son have bad pet allergies so this was the closest to a dog we could get. lol I took care of them every weekend she was at a friend's house in Jan, but when she was home she wouldn't let me hang with them (the cage is in her room).
Long story short, I fell in love with these little rodents......so I went out and got my own last weekend. Had to sacrifice a small section of my pit area, but I don't mind at all. They are a blast!! Plus it's tough with the kids being older and never home, family traditions slowly dying as they get older.....I need something to take care of besides my crazy wife!

Ours are the exact same except color and she has an off set wide loft and mines not offset and only a narrow loft. She is always saying her guinea pigs are cooler and all that.

I love the idea! That's funny cuz I was in Petco the other day and they had little dog Redskins jerseys......too big....but...now that I think about it I might have one on a Skins stuffed animal that'll fit them.
I told my daughter we would dress em up and my wife would be the judge. Also suggested we have them fight in the floor time area (below)!! We can make little spears and rubber band them to them.
