This is the 4th sand toy, he's brought inside to show me. AKA, he wants me to chase him for it.

Haha yes. Exactly!

In order of his favorite things to steal:
1. Socks (the most best)
2. Rocks (cuz digging is fun)
3. Toys (when your too lazy to dig for rocks)
4. Pinecones (easy targets as kiddo has them everywhere)

Wild card: digging up a peanut (which I am not sure why we have rogue peanuts growing in the yard)

Your neighbors are likely feeding squirrels. "Peanut" rarely eats the ones I feed her right away. She carries them all over the property here and buries them.

Yeah, very likely. Peanut will run over 100 yards away sometimes with 2 peanuts in her mouth and bury them, then run right back for more. She won't stop standing there looking at me until she gets 2 peanuts.

They even grow here and there after she plants them. Whenever she digs one up that has sprouted, she lays it back on my patio for some reason I can't figure out. Very strange. But maybe she's bringing me a present lol.
