This 1 represents the only of its kind from me...for now. A concept traditionally known as " en plein air" which translates to , In Open Air. The concept is to paint the landscape in front you on location. View attachment 267421
Not so traditionally painted in rattlecan and hand brushed acrylic in about equal measure.
Very cool! I wish I had time to do plein air paintings. It's been a while! That looks great!

"Worked" from home today to spare the kiddo any additional flu exposure at preschool.
I did get my work done and also managed to pepper in finishing the cover page for her book.

After work we dropped off my illustrations to a local shop to scan it for me so I have a digital copy. I'm going to get crafty and use Shutterfly to make myself a bound copy of the book.

I only wish I had finished the cover page sooner. So it would be ready for her birthday this weekend, but hopefully now, it's only a couple weeks out for the hard copy.

its kinda weird to see gold Daytons on a car that isn't a lowrider.
Yeah, I don't know if the real car was a low rider or not (Probably not) i didn't see any switches in the interior and the battery as stone cold dead so we couldn't open trunk. Although we wouldn't do that.
