I do have some stuff I created on the puter. Art spans many genres. For a short period, I was trying to get into game development. These were some things I was toying with. Created in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and an animation program named Spriter. Notice his little antenna and satellite dish doesn't move right in the first one, as well as his rear leg doesn't drop. I later fixed that stuff, like in the second gif. A lot of work went into these, from creating each individual part, putting them all together, and studying movement to setup in Spriter to put it all together in a video timeline.

Some more Illustrator and Photoshop work. A friend from work was a huge Cowboy's fan. I also dressed him up in an animated Cowboy's cheerleader outfit and dropped it on his FB profile for his b-day 😅

This one was also animated, for a game my brother and I were working on, but I no longer have the animated files. The arm was hidden under his poncho. Then he pulled the gun, and fired a huge bullet that expanded the barrel, all Looney Tunes style, and there was a huge explosion followed by his head, hat, and entire arm moving from wrist, elbow, to shoulder to account for some over exaggerated recoil.

My username came from when I was heavy into vaping, and making my own e-juice line of vape juice. This was the bottle label beginnings.

Just learning Spriter when I made these.View attachment 226245

And this was a payback put on the pc desktops at work to pay back a couple friends who thought it wise to prank me. All done in Photoshop.

Then there was a period in my 20's to 40's where I did a lot of 1:160 scale dioramas. The fence was printed designs on card stock, and cut with an Xacto to resemble individual boards, and glued together. The 4x4's were actual wood, but the 2x4 runners going horizontal were laminated card stock. Every board was cut to scale. I wish I had finished pics of this one, because it had grass, a full scene on the pad with a workshop, with greasy engine parts lying around, semi tires, etc.

Those are fantastic! A lot of work when into those animations, I love it. Learning how to create artwork in the computer is a learning curve, let alone animations! 😍
Those diorama pieces are CRAZY cool!!! 😍
I never tried to do computer animation or art. I don't know why digital art doesn't move me the same way. 🤷‍♀️
I LOVE cartoons when the art is well done. Its visually similar at least.
Early attempts at CGI def had a neg affect on my view of digi-art too. 🤣

I can't do this stuff but I love watching you guys who can!!! 😁😍

I did some digital art for a bit. It definitely takes time. More so than pencil/pen and paper. These are a few I worked on. I've got quite a bit more, some are good...some are okay (by my standards). I am my own worst critic 😄.

I like sketching skulls and bones a lot too, I'll have to find a few of those.

The cardinal looks like one that visits our bird feeder here. I think they live in our front yard somewhere.

The woodpeckers here have bright flashes of red too. Its nice to see when the whole yard is white with snow!

I'm surprised that its harder to make art on a computer. I would have figured 'theres an app for that' . 🤷‍♀️
I just lack the eye for art so I never tried computer stuff.

Beginning last summer, I started feeding a squirrel outside peanuts. Then the birds started getting wise to a peanut smorgasbord out back, and began stealing them from my buddy, who I named Peanut.

Now I have this male Cardinal that will fly down to the bush about 10 feet away from me and he will sit there and chirp at me to get me to toss him a peanut. I never seem to have my camera with me when he shows up and decides to get brave and come close. But this morning he was in a nearby tree chirping at me. I pulled a peanut out and he flew down about 3 foot from me. He carries them off to eat under the cover of that same bush nearby. It's funny seeing how his attitude changes as soon as he sees a peanut in my hand. He goes from looking like he's trying to get my attention to all excited. Cute little guy too.

I find the tricky part with the digital art is just that the brushes and paper act a little differently than a traditional pen to paper or brush to canvas. It could be me though, I'm a bit of an old soul. Lol

That's so cool! We have probably 20 different types of bird that visit our yard. We have 4 bird feeders and my husband likes to get them the good stuff. We've got a pretty active family of quail that hangs around and now a couple squirrels. We have to be careful about saying the squirrel word around our pup, he's way to keen and will lose his doggy mind if you mention a squirrel. He loves to chase them 😅.

I've always wanted to befriend a Raven. That is one of my life goals. Lol!

I agree. Sculpting, canvas, stage and even audio gives me something I can 'feel'.
It takes me a bit to adjust to some game controllers or when there is multi pov in the game.
I struggle 'feeling' with a keyboard or mouse. 🤷‍♀️
I am still bad just drawing arrows or circling something on a pic in photoshop! 🤣
It seems you've managed to overcome a fair amount though. Theres a LOT of details in that snake!!! 😲

Well, I remembered my camera this time. This peanut was within 4 feet of me. He is still a tad skittish to come this close, but he is learning to trust me. I think the fact that I told him "hey dude, you're a protected state bird" got his bravery level up 😝

Here he is testing me, inching closer. Chirping at me the entire time.

Then he attempted a fly-by and buzzed the tower. So I am going to name him Maverick 😛
His woman typically sits with a watchful eye close by, so I guess she can be call sign Charlie lol.

After trying not to look directly at him, he flew up, landed, and stared at me for a second. Then he snatched the peanut and took off under his bush.

Also did some digital art created in Corel Draw and Photoshop.
