I have thought about this before and have ton wrap material. Seen some good work done if time taken with a heat gun. I might try it.
Has anyone else done that here??

Turn out decent?
Yes pretty well. I went right on top of an RTR body. It was pretty easy. Some of the complex corners could have used heat. This was air escape type, I think it said. After I trimmed the pcs I wanted, I laid them in the window sill, in the sun, to warm them up. Them applied them.
