Had a 3.3 laying around that was barely broken in.. but i dont have anything to seal up the carb needles.. anything readily available at the auto parts store for that?

How does the Vas hold up with the engine temp..??

Cause I've seen it heaps in summer a tub of Vas turn runny...
Plus i thought petrolium based greases where bad for o rings...??
I thought it had to be silicone based..??

I use a little bearing grease on the o-rings and a bit of locktite on the threads. That's only after I have a problem with them. I put a little after run oil on the o-rings and thread them in first. If they stay tight and don't leak, I leave 'em alone.

I use Team Associated Green Slime on the needles....works great, but any type of light grease should work as well.

Hm, well I will try it out and see what happens.. it's a spare for my revo.. might drop it in when it's cold out.
