Saying goodbye to my brother and friend - Tunedfrog

Hey everyone,
It’s with a broken heart that I'm sharing some incredibly sad news. Tunedfrog passed away on the 8th.
To many of you, he was a fixture of this forum. But to me, Doom!, Chubaka, and Xraycer, he was so much more than just a friend. He was a brother. We spent years talking shop, sharing laughs, and giving each other a hard time. The teasing was always in good fun, and the bond we built out of it was as real as it gets.
I am going to miss him more than words can say. The forum will never be the same without his presence here.
Rest in peace, brother. Thank you for everything.

I was so shocked to read this, it took me a bit to process it. Of course I never met him IRL, but he was always so helpful and welcoming in this community. He was so knowledgeable and happy to share his wisdom. He had a wonderful sense of humor that could brighten anyone's day. He will surely be missed.

Oh man, very sad to hear this. I've really been active about a year, but have found out, as so many of you have, what a quality guy Mr Frog was. He is one that we can all say that our lives were a bit better because of him.
Condolences to his family, as well as to our RC family here.

Even when someone tells you they are not well (he was very open about his medical journey), it can still be hard to comprehend when the inevitable happens; I am in shock.
