Nothin like pour over a hot stove and the internet at the same time lol......I'm making my famous chili (well famous in my family anyway lol). Its gotta slow cook for about 4-6 hours for the best effect.....I used dried chipotle peppers in mine for a very yummy and hearty taste!

i put my moose jerky in the smoker before dehydrating it ..makes pretty yummy stuff

I love chipolte peppers. Gives the chili a nice smokey flavor and just a bit of heat.
