Hi guys, i have a tmaxx with a picco .26.. just open the 13th gallon ran trew it.. was wondering how many gallons u all get threw ur nitro motors..and how many more this motor has left...the start of the 13th gallon is cool..and i run this little motor hard..real hard..:p:

Pull it apart and check the bearings. And if the compression is still good u should have heaps left

lol must be like me. my revo has used around 6gallons

hating the cost of fuel tho, just paid $18/L which is $18/1/4 gallon.... just trying a new fuel here in australia. gotta sus out a cheaper LHS to get it from tho.

You should consider replacing your bearings. I lost my first red dot due to a bearing failure around the 6 gallon mark.

i replaced my main bearing in the revo at around 4gallons. wasn't fully stuffed but did have a bit of play when i was rebuilding it so i just replaced it as i had the bearings sitting there.

The picco isnt a hybrid. good ole fasioned gas guzzler.

I've only been in the hobby 2 years the oldest engine I have has about 6 gallons through it and it still runs great. The Dynamite .26 from my LST2 that I converted to electric. The .26 now lives in my OFNA 9.5 MBX which I overgeared with a 19T clutchbell...That thing screams....I did have to mod the chassis a bit to make her fit though. It was tough. I also added a second fuel tank ran in parallel to make up for the higher fuel consumption.

13 gallons in 3 months could be done, it's 13 gallons on an un-touched engine that's hard to believe. It's tough for me to burn up 6 gallons in a year, because I work a lot of hours during the warm months.

I would be worried about the rod bushing, I did some quick math a while back and came up with 3-4 million RPM per gallon, X that by 13 and that's a lot of revolutions on a "bushing".

Yes just started the motor about 3 months ago..and yes I'm starting on gallon 13..i also take this thing to work..lol..if I'm not running it my boss and co.workers do..it does not sleep...i take it apart after each gallon and clean it...I've replaced bearing two times..the little motor just wont stop running.....
