It sucks - better off just getting new wheels - they are only about 7.00

if u must remove it - soak them in asetone, or fingernail polish remover for about 10 minutes, and the rubber will be easy to remove. sometimes damages the wheels though

I finally got all my stuff from stormer and it turns out that the associated rear 3-pieces are tapered a little bit and that they are a little bit 2 small to fit on the 3/16 axles so I drilled em out and they fit like a dream.
