Just got a call from semotorsports he has a real good idea for keeping our cars and trucks running safe with all the diff tx's and stuff. I believe he wants to make somekinda board that will help us keep track of what is going on. Thankx semotorsports!!!!!!!

I may be coming to this. I told my Hobby shop and the guys at my local track about it. I'm not sure yet if I'm coming, like I said above, but I'll keep you updated.

Ok this event is only 10 days away, lets hope for some real nice weather for this event. We have all of our trucks ready to go ,and we are ready to have some FUN.
Is there going to be food to eat and drinks available or is it BYOF?:\
Also can you give us the complete address so we can put this in our GPS?

There is a link for the track and I think they have a address they even have a link to map quest if I remember correctly? I will have my grill there and I will bring some food and drinks but feel free to bring some more food to be cooked or just ready to go. I do not know how many people are going to show for this so I am not going to go out and buy a cow or anything but I will have some food burgers dogs and maybe some chicken. Soda, tea and maybe some beer not sure on the beer as of yet might just play that one by ear! Yes ten days only guys I need to work on my revo this weekend I guess lol? I am a last min kinda a man tho ha ha.

What ever you want to bring food wise? I could always run to the store if we need or want something! Sorry the thread has been so dead guys! I got called back to work after about 4 months so this last week has been hard! I am going to get my rigs all setup tomorrow and do someother deep thinking about the bash! This thing is getting close I can not wait to meet, eat and bash with you guys! HAHAHA this is going to be a GOOD day!: Race you to the end and back lol!!!!!!!!!:

PA. rc fun day concerns please read

We have an idea for everybody that is going to attend this rc fun day.
I started a board with the different frequencys and need everybodys help and input.(27 mhz am & 27 mhz fm and ?)
But 1st and formost we need everybody to listen to our concern about turning your truck radio on when somebody is already out on the track running their truck this would be a MESS.
Right now 3 out of 6 of our trucks has 2.4 ghz but the other three are 27 mhz am. We also have spare am crystals in pairs.
Should we have an impound table for everybodies controlers?
The board will help as long as everybody does their job in pulling the clip from the board and other bashers don't turn theirs on until that frequency is cleared.
Has anybody else done an event like this where it is free style?

well the 2.4 group can do what ever all others may be best to put in teamsaccording to freq.that way you know when a teammate is running

yeah i agree, the board would be a great idea, but what about us that use a 2.4Ghz setup?, are we going to have to put our stuff on the board and wait or whats the deal, i mean it would only be fair if we had too as well but we don't need crystals and stuff like that, but i spose we will get it figured out when the time comes

i just want to point out that for the next week in pine grove pa there is a 100% chance of heavy rain on weather .com....i dont think I'm goin unless someone heard something else!!!

heres where i get my weather from and 99% of the time it is dead on to what is happening or is gonna happen. . and saturday went from 90% down to what it is now. . .so. . .i am gonna go with this one and hopefully it all works out in the end. . .i am leaving my house at 5 am. ..so if it does rain it should clear up by the time i get down there and if not there is always sunday.
