Had a good time today. Def not a big turn out at all for the RCs, but it was still fun. Convinced my daughter to come too. She drove the Mojave Grom around. She was launching it off those ramps!! That little sucka is fast! I just got it a couple weeks ago and today was the 1st time driving it. We drove it on my track when we got home and it was a blast on that too.
LOTS of campers there (Labor Day weekend, of course). Food trucks were awesome!! Had the best chicken, bacon, ranch ever!! Chicken chunks were huge! Soooo yummy!!
We hiked around some and then ran some RCs. I let a bunch of kids run my Noto6s! It was funny watching them try using throttle control.
The hobby shop sponsoring the event had a bunch of cars for the camper kids to try out. Had some for sale too. Tons of campers just sitting and watching us. Some were cheering at the big air jumps. Enjoyment for all.
I also took my Truggified Typhon. Only busted screws out of the body posts and wings on both cars. So I call that a good day. If I can stop landing on my top so much, that'll help too.
Beautiful weather today. Blue skies. It was about 65 when we got there around 11. Warmed up a bit by 2, but not too bad.
Overall a great day.

And had to represent RCT's sister site, AF!!
