I got this charger today so i can charge my 6v HUMP pack and my 7.2 stick pack. AND when I'm charging my 6v hump, i charged it for like 1.5 hours and it still indicated LOW on the LED light. I dont know wat I'm doing wronG!

does it have adjustable charge rates?

what size is the pack? what rate are you charging at?

Well i have a 6v Hump pack 1400 MAH. I'm charging it is a 5cell, and charging at 1.5A thats what the manual said to set it as.
Like the guy at the Hobby Shop told me it would take about 1 hour to charge but i dont think so...

BTW i also have the option to charge with 3A AND 5a but the manual said if 1400 or under use 1.5a,,

from what i have read and heard, charging it at 1.5 is about right. is the charger new? battery new? what type is it?

Well the battery has no name i got it from ebay (china) AND the charger i just got today.

But how long would it usually take to charge something like that?

well if the battery is 1400mah and your charging at 1.5 milliamps it should take just under an hour

its simple once you understand it i have 3000 mah batts if i charge at 1a it takes 3 hours, 3a takes 1 hour

mah = milli amps per hour so if you charge at 1A that is equal to 1000 milli amps so it will take 1 hour to fill up a 1000mah battery at 1a

this is all rough estimates, and since a battery isnt normaly all the way dead when you recharge it, these can differ.

Its actully really weird, so i brought my charger intoday to my LHS and the guy tested his batt out and it didnt work either, so he took out another charger and tried it and same thing, then this guy came in and overhaerd r convo and said his son has the exact same charger and he can't charge his batts at all either!! So there musta been a bad batch of the ONYX 200 CHARGERS. Its weird, cuz the guys son bought his from toronto like 5 hours away from where i live. Anyone else got one that doesn't work?? Anyway i got the Upgraded ONYX 210 for another 10 bux,but then i went home and noticed my hump pack the wires melted and touched each other and now the cells barely hold anything, so i needed a new battery, so ig ot that, then i ntoiced i needed a new switch so i can hook it up using the correct adapter, then i put it in backwords and fryed the reciever, so then i needed a new reciever! I went to the hobbyshop 6 TIMES!! spend like 200 bux today!!!!!!!!1GRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

The guys like, WELCOME TO THE HOBBY!!

..... Frig i hate spending money like that!!
