Check this out: http://www.hpiracing.com/engines.php

It's a thing called "Engine Horror Stories" and they have pictures of OBVIOUS no-brainer problems.

The video at the top is about an HPI Savage M.T. that was burned(?), and they put a new fuel tank on there, stick the roto-starter in the hole and it fires right up, no problems!

Haha. I've sent back... I dunno, about 23. JK lol I've never used an HPI engine, mine is a vertex.

This has got to be the funniest picture ever...

Ummm, what's an airfilter do?

That reminds me of when I worked at a Pontiac/GMC dealer in the service department when I was in high school, this poor old woman (I think recently widowed) had her fairly new car's engine lock up. It was seized pretty good but when the techs were looking things over they noticed some powdery crap around the oil fill port. Come to find out, she misunderstood the salesman when he said to make sure to keep the engine oil clean and changed every 3 mos or 3K. She was putting powdered Tide detergent in the oil.
