Hello everyone, just joined this site and going back in the gliders hobby after 20 years absences. I have a bunch of old equipment mostly FM and PCM analog radios. Would you have any advice on were to sell or donate these items if anyone is even interested?

Welcome to RCTalk!

I doubt you could sell them to anybody but a collector. You'll probably have the best chance at selling them on ebay. It's so far outdated by 2.4ghz I don't know why anybody would use it still, except as a display next to a vintage airplane or something. I had two very nice old school stick transmitters, and they didn't sell. They went in the dumpster sadly.

Welcome @lass.larr to the fold!

I'd have no clue about vintage air radios/transmitters. The surface side of the hobby maybe a bit different as far as collecting goes. It's all going to depend on the popularity and a person's nostalgic feeling of the radios whether they will sell or not. Sometimes it's being in the right place at the right time.

Someone may be doing a project and need a low/no cost test subject. I don't know.

I haven't started anything out at $0.01 in a very long time, but eBay is probably your best bet. Let the bidding begin!

You might want to try a local park flyers group. Collectors might be interested. You could post in Craigslist too.
I JUST bought a vintage r/c from craigs so we ARE looking there too!!! 👍
