Hey Guys,
I ordered some Pro-Line Trenchers and Renegade wheels for my slash 4x4. My question is: Will i need to trim the wheel cut outs because these are a little taller? I just dont wanna come down off a jump and have the body slice my tires :/

thanks for reading!!!!
-Nick

I had a friend who had tall tires on his 4x4 slash and it was a handful. Switched back to the stock size tire and was very happy he did. He didn't have to.cut his body at all to accommodate.the tires. Post some pics so.we can see and better help.

sure thing!! They should be here by Tomorrow before 10:30AM! I'm so excited.:D

With his tires he couldn't corner very well, would just roll over. Looked cool but handling was bit to be desired.

The body will not cut the tires they might rub a hole in the top of the fender or bust the body, i doubt you will hurt the tires, as stated above you will sacrafice ALL of your handling for those taller tires.

I'm still keeping the other wheelset. i guess i will have to deal with it :D
