I am looking for a new truck and I'm looking for opinion
I am looking at a tmaxx 3.3 or a hpi savage 4.6.
I am new to the nitro deal in trucks so I am not sure
I am a basher I guess with 60 acres to play on so looking for advise on purchase

Personally I am partial to a Maxx, but out of the box the savage is tougher, and a bit more powrfull

I love my Maxx easy to work on but I hear so many say the Savage is stronger out of the box... I must get one to try so I will have both

I have both and for a big area and some tough tumbles I would say Savage all the way. You will break a lot less on a Savage than a T-Maxx for sure. We have a guy on here with a 69mph highly modded Savage that took a cartwheel at 60MPH and broke nothing. Your choice of engines for a Savage is almost limitless which is another bonus.

I've always had a soft spot for the Tmaxx. But that said, between those 2 rigs I'd go for the Savage and never look back.

Either way, either truck your going to have fun.:D

Ok I had a T-Maxx first then the Savage 25 came out so I bought one. It became a whole new game after that. I got to worry less about breakage for certian.

I'll buy my first savage when the new hits American stores
