Jean on Radiolink official group: "
Reporting a misleading business practice – Radiolink. I apologize if this approach (FB..) seems excessive, but having found no other way to be heard, I feel compelled to make this situation public. My intention is not to harm, but simply to ensure that this matter is addressed seriously. I hope this message will raise awareness and lead to a swift resolution of the issue. For years, ads on Aliexpress have shown complete Radiolink radios at incredibly low prices (less than €25), suggesting an exceptional promotion, clearance sale, or end-of-line discount (plausible for an electronic product sold direct, with no middlemen or after-sales service).
Once you place the order, you realize it’s
just a receiver – no transmitter included.
I want to warn buyers: these listings cause real harm. You wait for days (weeks) for a transmitter that you will never get.

The Radiolink brand is clearly displayed. The photo shows the full transmitter, and the listing title is misleading. Radiolink claims no responsibility, just like the seller U-Angels and the Aliexpress platform.
Each party shifts the blame, leaving the buyer trapped.
I’ve exchanged emails with Radiolink, U-Angels, and Aliexpress (March 2024), keeping all records and a receipt that clearly says “transmitter and receiver.”
They cannot claim ignorance.
Nothing has changed. I denounce the extreme difficulty of getting any real response or follow-up.
I personally fell victim: expecting a complete radio, I only received a receiver, unable to practice my hobby for weeks, with no compensation."
