my buddy just order his frist nitro rc and i have had mine now for about a half a year.. he hust a exceed hammer wich lookk like it might be better then my durtraxx evader all we want to do with them is bash them up so doesn't matter if her is faster wich i dont think so cuz he has same engine but heaver car... but will it out last mine is the question... and easier on parts...any ideals let me no plz

I have never run or seen an Exceed in person, but I do have a few Wind Hobby 1/16th buggies...and I believe Wind Hobby tunred into Exceed...or something along those lines. They are just OK. Not complete crap, but not built extremely well either. The buggy is electric and kinda rattles a bit while driving, even though everything is tight....it's quite a bit unbalanced and wobbles....etc etc etc

Parts will be mail order only, but available.....so from what I have heard from others...it's a 50/50 crap shoot. You may get a good one...you may get a bad one. A lot of it will depend on how it's driven as well.

Duratrax are also a crap shoot. I had a Warhead and loved it...but it's was difficult to work on. Never had major issues with it, but minor parts replacements just take longer with it. I don't see a huge problem with Duratrax, but they have had a LOT of bad press and most people hate them.

If it works for you....go run it and have fun. That's my motto anyway.....
