The reason for the pinging/blibing at idle is because the idle is too lean. The reason the heatsink is smoking is because the HSN is waaay too lean. That engine still really needs to finish the break in on the engine before adjusting needles. 2 tanks is not enough. I would do at least 5 tanks.

I would also set both needles back to "break-in rich" and finish the break in before any potential damage.

Also, after the break-in it's good to toss the old glow plug and put in a new glow plug since it can become fouled from running so rich.

I used these vid's as a reference when I first got my nitro. They aren't long.
