*car lol. So i do have to tip it upside down?

So once I've done that do i still prime the engine?
 
Shouldnt have to. After de-flooding the engine, there should still be enough fuel in the cylinder/crankcase to get it started. If not, thumb the carb and give it two rips. That should pull enough fuel through without flooding it again.
 
if you slightly loosen the glowplug while trying to start to release the compression, it will make it easier to pull...once started crank it back down tight.
