Need some advice please help me out!!!!!!

Ok here is the deal, I bought a set of aluminum rear bulkheads on ebay, and I get a package with some one elses stuff. Its a carb ezstart/and a aluminum pipe. I get a e-mail from the seller asking if I got the right parts. I tell him no I diddnt and then I never hear back from him again. He then gives out my email address to the guys I guess is supposed to have recieved the parts I got and he,s asking if I have his stuff and that he has my bulks. I tell him yes there was a mistake and I do have them. Next day he asks If his items have been shipped to him yet. I tell him no I dont even know who he is, So he sends me his address and through all of this I havent heard a word
about my parts, I think I'm being scammed here exspecialy since I havent heard from the seller, and I e-mailed him telling him I diddnt think I should have to pay the shipping exspecially since its a heavy package that has to be sent clear to NY! Still no response from him I'm so frustrated and dont know what to do any ideas? :shrug:

Ya didnt send the parts out yet did you? DONT send anything out until ya get your parts from him. What Id do is tell the guy you got them from, that youll ship them back to him, and so can the other guy and he can take care of it. Cuz the other guy could totally scam you and there wouldnt be much you could do about it..

No I havent sent them. I think that I will try to get a hold of the seller again he just hasnt responded to any of my messages

If you don't get any responses I would sell the parts you have on Ebay and buy your bulkheads with that money and maybe make a profit!

I know that sucks but yeah sounds like a scam to me..
were the parts orininally from NY?
If so or any where near NY then I say Scam.....too convenient for them to be in the same area......where were the parts from originally?
is it a complete EZ start? w/ the controller too? what pipe? and what Carb?

Hey Plaid they came from Mo, Yes its a complete easy start battery and all, It will work on my Maxx I already checked lol. I have no Idea what the pipe is it really long though, the carb is for a 2.5 Maxx with a new airfilter.

I just sent the seller a email stating. He needed to get back with me about this issue and I wouldnt be dealing with this other guy and only with him. If I dont here back from him I'm going to just keep the parts use what I can and sell the rest.

Anyone need a 2.5 Carb lol :jk: for now that is. I have never had a problem like this before with an ebay purchase what a pain in the arse!

this guy screwed up he should fix it...if you don't hear back from him leave negative feedback and contact E-bay.......I would get my money back first before sending anything to him......

i will do that, just what a mess. This guys doesn't seem to car about his customers apparantly I mean instead of trying to fix the problem He gives this other guy my email address so He can hound me about his parts.

I finally got a hold of the seller, he is agrees to pay shipping and for me to send the parts to him.

I havent yet since I've been sick in bed for 3 days he emailed me and told me he would call me tonight and resolve the problem still havent heard from him! He told me he would refund my money but I want the bulkheads I need them and got them cheap I will just have to see what happens I guess, its really getting frustrated!!!!!!!!
