Hey guys I’m new to the forum but here’s what happens when you should just say no but you have been collecting stuff for over a decade.
Right now I’m trying to finish this up but running into an issue with A Motor and ESC combo.

The Issue is the E10 chassis doesn’t allow the use of a pinion gear smaller then 22 due to the motor making contact with the motor mount and then eventually the center drive shaft cup.

So with 22 pinion and a 78 spur max MPH is around 132mph and 37,000 RPMs based on the phone calculator.

So looking for some help on a good ESC and Motor combo for a 3S battery setup that can deal with the spur and pinion limits.

Not looking for go faster then 65/75mph just fun on the dirt and asphalt. The old lepeord combo in it is a lot of fun when it’s not heat stroking out.

I'd run it on 2S
I was thinking about that just don’t have anything else that’s 2S anymore. So I was hoping to maybe go to a 2000Kv setup but I don’t fully understand the KV range in terms of HP vs TQ .

Like lower KV more TQ but less HP kinda thing I build cars for a living so just trying to relate it to something I understand

Basically reduce the KV of the motor to 2/3 of what it currently is, say for example the current motor is 4000KV then 2/3 of 4000KV = 2667KV

Any motor in the 2600KV range will behave similar to running your current motor on 2S

Here's a demo of running my Tamiya BFX on 4S with a 1900KV motor:

Make sure whatever you get that the motor does not have those deep cooling fins in it. That's probably part of your issue right there. You essentially have a 380 sized motor that someone stuffed in to a 540 sized can.
