I am new to rc but getting better.just having trouble with some simple stuff.I know this is hard to ask in words.I have a traxxas rustler 2.5 my right rear wheel wiggals a lot like it's not screwed on tight but lug is tight.they have a plastic peace that the u joint bar runs threw that hooks to my rim the peace the baring sits in. Have any one hear of that peace wearing out or does it sounds like the barings bad are what.or is this a symptom of something else.

Thanks"..............

Could be that the bearings are shot. If you take the wheel off the axle, can you wiggle around the axle quite a bit? It may move a little bit since these things aren't perfect fitting when new, but it shouldn't wiggle much.

if your bearings are ok, you might try a washer between the wheel and the axle nut. this happened to me when i put cdvs on my jato. cause the sizes are a little different.

The axle does wiggal a good bit a lil to much for comfort.but they have the plastic bracket the bearing sits in.it's a lil L shaped maybe that's wore out . I say that cause it goes side to side a bit to.they have a screw that runs threw it that connects it ti the swing arm but its tight.I don't know, the car is fairly new only burnt about 10 tanks

I believe the rustys come with bushings in the plastic carriers. The bushings and the bore for the bushings wear out quickly. A great upgrade is some quality aluminum carriers with bearings. Should run you about $25. Just stay away from integy. GH or Traxxas is what I would go with.
