Hi all, I'm new to the rc world and need some help.

I was running my Schumacher menace 21 round a field (fairly bumpy) and basically, i just randomly lost response from the servos, so i assumed the batterys had poped lose or whatever, but after inspecting them, and checking all the connections, it still isnt working, I'm getting no response whatsoever. Does anyone have any ideas on what could be up?

EDIT: and oh, when i switch the on switch on my actual car, u get like a slight twitch of the servos, but its not doing that either.

OK, so after leaving it inside for a couple of days, the servos appear to be working again...(must have been water or something) but there appears to eb a lot of resistance turning one way, as in it will turn one way but not the other.

Did you try new batteries, it sounds like something of that nature. Also check your antenna and make sure it isn't cut anywhere.

A frayed antenna can affect the Signal between your TX and RX as well. Are you using alkalines or a rechargeable pack? Have you ever got this rig wet?
