Need help choosing between 2 pipes (both used)

Well my buddy has a pipe he wants to sell its a RB 063 witch hell sell for about $60 or his buddy is selling a RD Logics pipe for $20 i know this is the best choice price wise but in the long run will the RB be the best? The pipe will be going on my Kyosho MP 7.5 withe a O.S. .21 RG engine.

i would buy the rb pipe i tihnks a better made pipe rd logics is a pipe out of taiwan/hong kong

well witch one will give the power band you want? i mean if there not even similar in length than the price isnt the issue its what they will do for your engine. but if there in the same ball park then you can take a look at em, and see wich one has the better build. if you can't tell then why should your wallet?
