I was putting the pilot shaft back on my fantom today to throw it back into my car. but while i was doing it. i broke it. the nut wasn't going down enough on the shaft to keep the flywheel in place. and then when i finally did get it down , it popped the pilot shaft right off the nut. and now the thing is, i dont remember what kind it was or anytyhing. so can anyone help me with this ? i need one that will hold my flywheel down and be long enough for my 2 speed endbell. anything. i need it quick. thanks in advance

I'm a lil confused - are u saying that the crankshaft broke off into the nut that looks like this:
wti0001p

you got the nut right, but the crankshaft didnt break ... the skinny part (the smooth non threaded one). popped right off the nut and shot across the room

so the actual engine is undamaged? all u need is another clutch nut, correct?

then u just need the pilot shaft. u can order it from your LHS. It is part number A805
