Yea. I was just testing the system. I wasn't ready to cut that T plug end off yet to solder on an xt
They work, it’s just not my preferred plug. Pay me no nevermind

Yea. They do, but they don't feel as secure as the XT. I only have one on t plug I still use on my RC10T3, but I really should switch that too

Nice!

I use the GT3B with all of my 2WD models for the same reason, no need for a bunch of channels, and it's a good radio.
Exactly. I originally was going to use the GT5, but thought, I don't need all that.
I just started it up today, so I really no nothing about it yet 😄

Thanks to @CertifiedMike for the recommendation of Team Bluegroove. They are awesome to work with! Can't wait to get the buggy body trimmed up and prepped for painting 😊

Yes it is!

And the buggy body is an RC10 Mirage SS
Awesome.

You had me scratchin' my head for a bit, 'cause I reached out to Team Blue Groove about donating my Illuzion 2012 Ford F-250 Super Duty XLT SuperCab SCT body for them to possibly reproduce... TBG has no desire  to do normal 1/10 scale size SCT bodies.

I think the SCT bodies will become sought after too. Like the old buggy bodies.
I'm surprised to hear this!

Working on fitment for this Mirage body today. I think it's pretty close. I still need to sand edges and such. After 2 hours of deep cleaning our stove, my hands need a break.

I think I may be able to even mount this up with velcro, which could be cool.

Lexan trimming is done. I started masking my design. Planning to use a combo of these decal masks and liquid mask. I'm beginning to think my design is highly ambitious. This may take all winter to finish 😅
