I installed some goodies on it yesterday, the sway bars make a big difference!

RPM arms front and rear
aluminum C's and hubs on the front
RPM carriers on the rear

Gave the Slash a new attitude with a Novak HV Pro 6.5 system. The motor is a bit longer than stock so to make a little room I moved the RX box to the front, it's a nice fit now! It's geared 14/54 running on a 2s pack and after 25 minutes of hard running the temp was 95 on the esc, 102 on the motor, speed is close to the stock set up as it sits.....Taller gearing and more voltage are in it's near future!

Too sweet man. I should sell all my junk and just get one of those and be done with it. Such a versatile ride. The HV system makes it scary. Could you rip that thing on that short grass with the stock esc for very long?

The VXL system with the stock gearing in it had no problem running in short to medium length grass, when I went up on the gearing the grass had to be very short.

I had to cut off four fins and grind a notch for the motor mount screw but I got the heat sink on the motor!
