Interesting gig. get some video of it. I would love to see it in action.

4200s will not give you more power, they will only extend your run time.

Nice rig.
If it's power your looking for, save your pennies and go brushless.
Nice job on the conversion.

Nice job on the custom conversion...
Awhile back I saw a kit on Ebay that would allow you to convert an 1/8th scale buggy to electric, and now I can't find it anywhere... Thought it might be cool for a little side project... If anyone knows where to find that kit, LMK...

I saw a kit a couple days ago on ebay that was a brushless conversion for the savage. It just consisted of a special engine mount bracket, and that was about it.

its from kershaw designs from PA

anyway i thot the batts will add power..i wanna try brushless but 200+ is too much for me ..I'm thinkin of gettin another esc maybe make it run with 1 esc on each motors ,will that add more power?my other option is replace my motors with maxx speed motors ..this sav rans a bit faster than a stock emaxx but i got jealous when i saw the electric lst on brushless..

heres a nice electric vid

That bomb use for the RC's is pretty cool and cheap as hell.

I'm with the rest of the gourp on the batteries, the more the mah, the longer the run time. I did notice a small power gain switching to a set og GP cells on my sons stock Emaxx but you probaly wouldn't see that with aftermarket motors. As for the Dual esc's, I would simply save my money and buy a Brushless system. You'll probaly end up spending that much money on buying dual esc's and better motors to run with them anyhow.

Anyways, nice truck.
